Business Advisory
Occasionally, I help founders build theirs.
This website exists to document my work. This page is the exception — a quiet door for the people who find it.
Some founders reach out and ask if I can help with theirs. Sometimes I can. No program, no funnel, no pressure — just a practical conversation with someone who has built companies.
Who I usually work with
- Founders running a real operation — teams, clients, logistics, moving parts.
- Owners who have outgrown improvisation and need systems that hold.
- People building something durable, not chasing a quick exit.

Who should book
A good fit
- You are already building and want a second set of eyes.
- You have a specific decision or bottleneck in front of you.
- You want honesty more than encouragement.
Probably not
- You are looking for someone to build it for you.
- You want a guaranteed formula or a shortcut.
- You have not started and want to be talked into an idea.
What a session looks like
Before
You send context ahead of time — where you are, what is stuck, what you actually want to decide.
The session
Ninety minutes, direct and unhurried. We work through the real problem, not the surface one.
After
You leave with a short written summary: what we discussed and the next concrete steps.
Pricing
One session, ninety minutes, paid before we meet. That is the whole offer. Deeper or ongoing work is rare and arranged directly, only if the first conversation earns it.
Booking
Scheduling is handled personally, for now.
A proper calendar is coming. Until then, send a short note about your business and what you are trying to decide, and I will reply with times that work.
Questions
- Is this a coaching program?
- No. There is no curriculum and no ongoing commitment. It is a single, focused conversation about your business.
- Do you sign NDAs?
- Yes, when it makes sense. Everything you share is treated as confidential regardless.
- Can we work together long-term?
- Sometimes. If it is a fit after the first session, ongoing advisory is arranged directly — quietly, and by conversation.
- What if it is not a fit?
- I will tell you early. I would rather point you elsewhere than take a session that will not help.
